Formed in 2005 by its founders Mike Matthews and Hamish McDonald, Face 2 Face Recruitment is now an established and successful specialist recruitment consultancy.  Recognising the importance of face to face involvement in recruitment, Face 2 Face Recruitment has now successfully established itself and its reputation.

Face 2 Face Recruitment began by offering a select group of businesses and candidates a personalised, honest and professional service.  We are now a team of three consultants with 30+ years collective recruitment experience, allowing us to provide considered expert advice to all people we deal with.

2006 saw us move to our current premises in Wyndham Street, with the additional space allowing us to grow as a business.  Our growth is deliberate to allow us to better serve our clients and candidates, as we build our team on the foundation of shared values.
